Update 7/22/2020: I’ve decided to not end the pandemic pricing discount for the time being and I will continue to charge the discounted $600 flat fee in to the foreseeable future. However, I am adding some new policies which will apply to any new people who first contact me after this update is posted (7/22/2020). What is the biggest change? In the past if I received your records and reviewed your case but it turned out that I couldn’t write you a nexus letter I would refund your entire $600 and would not be compensated for my time or the feedback related to your case that I gave you. Going forward I will refund a portion of the $600, however I will charge an hourly rate ($160) for the time I spent reviewing your records and giving you feedback on them.
