At the start of the pandemic I offered “pandemic pricing” and reduced my records review fee to a flat fee of $600 (I had been charging a page number based fee that ranged from $600 to $1500 before that). However, I think the flat fee of $600 for the records review and nexus letter report is more predictable and reasonable. Page numbers also aren’t the best way to predict how long something will take me, truthfully. Therefore, I will be continuing the flat fee discount of $600 throughout 2021 and the foreseeable future.
The $600 is for as many mental health conditions and secondary conditions as you’d like me to look at- I don’t charge per condition.
If you’d like an in-person exam in Columbus, Ohio that includes both a report and a DBQ that fee is $900. That also includes a records review. If you first get a records review from me and then decide you’d like to attend an examination it only costs and additional $300.
