I stand by my opinions. If I do an exam or write a nexus letter for you and give an opinion in your favor and then you are denied, I will stand by my opinion and write a response letter for free.
I would of course need you to send me the rating decision and any other relevant new information such as the C&P exam the rating decision was based on.
