If your case seems like something I can potentially help with I will review your records, we can also schedule an in-person examination if it seems necessary and you’d like to have one. Many times a records review is all that is needed.
There are a variety of ways you can get your records to me (including uploading them to a secure SharePoint folder that I can provide you a link to). We can discuss how you’d like to send the records. You are welcome to pay by check, cash or a cryptocurrency, but usually the easiest way is to pay by card. There is a link to an online checkout on my website, but usually I just email you an invoice through Square and you can pay by card with a link from that email. If you’re being seen in an in-person examination I can also accept your card in person.
