Someone was nice enough to point out to me that the VA has updated some of the DBQ’s that are publicly available on their website here effective this month: Public Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) – Compensation (va.gov)
It would make sense to use the most recent version from the website.
I will fill out general mental and review PTSD DBQ’s only if I perform an examination (either via telehealth or in person). For an extra fee I will also complete the sleep apnea DBQ (in cases where you have also ordered a nexus letter for sleep apnea secondary to a psychological condition).
